::30 min to get the key in a 4 stars hotel... queue not organized... people over take each other.. room with beautifull vuew on the website , but finally view on concrete... call to front desk : no answer after 5 minutes. Despite there is 2 people standing 1 meter out if the front desk not doing anything... the adventure start badly...

::Excellent Business Hotel, really friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great Gin&Tonic at the reception Bar. We arrived in the middle of the winter, and it was so nice being received by such nice and warm smiles from the staff. The rooms where really comfortable and really nicely decorated, the bathroom was very clean and nice, only observation it was the height of the Tub wall, it was to high that all the time I was getting in or out of the tub I was afraid of fall, other than that I had no complains. Breakfast where delicious, abundant and a great selection fresh selection of items. The view from my room was really pretty even when it was winter (looking forward to see the views during summer)
